All our contracted clients benefit from our service level agreement (SLA), which ensures peace of mind on critical refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. All our service engineers are stocked with universal remedial parts which are common to most breakdowns. However, should a specific replacement part be required, we can source this quickly from one of our many dealers.
All contracted maintenance clients will be given an out of hours refrigeration and conditioning emergency number giving full support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contracted clients will benefit from our SLA ensuring that critical equipment will be attended to within agreed response times. We have a team of experienced mobile engineers who are committed to providing attendance on all priority calls received to our service department on the same day.
